Please note that items exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.
To make a return, simply fill out the return form on the back of your invoice and send the product back to us using the return shipping code provided.
For orders under 1200 TL, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns requested after 30 days, even if the item arrives at our operations center.
